Simplifying HR Workflows with Odoo for Workstream

Introduction

Workstream is a SaaS platform for the day-to-day work of running teams. For the organizations it serves, that work had become slower and costlier than it needed to be: paperwork, scheduling, and performance tracking all ran through processes that were hard to use and harder to scale.

The answer was not another standalone tool. It was one platform that automates the routine work, connects to the systems teams already rely on, and is simple enough that people actually use it. Arbisoft partnered with Workstream to make that happen.

• An interface built for everyday use: An intuitive interface replaces the complex screens that had kept engagement low, making routine tasks quick to complete.
• Integrations with Odoo and Google Calendar: The platform integrates with Odoo, Google Calendar, Listentool, and Hirestream, so HR operations are centralized rather than spread across separate systems.
• Security through Single Sign-On: Single Sign-On secures access across the platform with one set of credentials.
• Engineered to scale: A React.js front end, a Python and Django back end, and PostgreSQL for data management give the platform room to grow, with GitLab used for project management.
