Some teams opt for daily end-of-day check-ins to reflect on the day's progress and accomplishments. Meanwhile, others prefer weekly check-ins to review the overall progress made throughout the week.     a. Daily Check-in

    Our teams engage in daily check-ins to track progress on tasks, discuss accomplishments, and address any challenges that may arise. This practice promotes collaboration and ensures that everyone is aligned toward common goals.

    b. OKR Check-ins

    OKR (Objectives and Key Results) check-ins enable teams to review their progress in achieving strategic objectives. This process ensures that our efforts are aligned with the organization's long-term goals, fostering a sense of purpose and direction.

    c. People Partner Check-ins

    Our dedicated People Partners conduct check-ins to address team-level issues, concerns, and opportunities for improvement. These sessions provide a platform for open discussions and collaboration, strengthening team dynamics and effectiveness.

    d. Other Check-ins

    We also customize check-ins based on unique team/project needs. For example, project managers may schedule regular check-ins with clients to provide updates, while team leads conduct performance check-ins for team members on probation to offer guidance and support. Or another example is post-project review check-ins. After completing a project, post-project review check-ins are held to evaluate project performance, gather lessons learned, and identify areas for improvement.
