The survey paints a vivid picture of our team's diverse experiences. A substantial 45% have dedicated 1-3 years to weaving their unique journey at Arbisoft. A strong commitment is evident, with 27% extending their tenure to 3-6 years and 6% contributing 6-9 years to the Arbisoft experience.

In July 2022, with 603 responses, a resounding 40% marked a perfect 10/10, showcasing a strong endorsement of the Arbisoft workplace. Additionally, 22% marked 9/10, and 18% marked 8/10, underlining the positive sentiments they carry for the organization as an employer.

In July 2023 we saw an increase of 4% in the number of members giving a perfect rating, with 44%, giving the highest rating of 10 out of 10. Another significant group, almost 19%, rated it a 9 out of 10, and 17% gave it an 8 out of 10.

The increase shows that more of our members were happier with the company as an employer in 2023. Yay!

Pathways to Promotion: A Foundation of Trust

Being able to grow in a role is one of the most important reasons for choosing to stay at a workplace. That’s why we ask our members “I trust that if I do well on the job, I will stand a fair chance of being promoted”. In July 2022, out of 623 participants, 20% strongly agreed, 42% agreed, and 24% somewhat agreed with this statement.

In July 2023, a notable 17% of our team strongly agreed that exceptional job performance significantly enhances their prospects of promotion at Arbisoft. A substantial 37%, marked agree on the fair chance of being promoted based on job performance. Additionally, 31% of the respondents, marked somewhat agree with the correlation between exemplary job performance and the likelihood of promotion.
